SOMEONE CLOSE TO US AT WASHBROOKS NEEDS A STEM CELL TRANSPLANT
Our dear friend bravely shared her story
“Something a little personal but important to share. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma a type of blood cancer at 13 weeks pregnant. 18 rounds of chemo which didn’t work, 8 rounds of immunotherapy, sepsis and having a baby I now need a stem cell transplant. A lot of life lessons have been learnt and so much to be grateful for. Being a stem cell donor really does save a life. If you’re between 16-30 or know someone who is please pop along. My donor gives me a chance to see my little girl grow up.”
It’s free, quick and easy and you might just save a life
