Terms and conditions
– Arrival from 3:15pm.
– Food served at 3:30pm.
– One accompanying adult free per child paid in advance. This entitles the one free adult complimentary entry into the farm.
– The £15 per child includes unlimited access to outdoor and indoor play, the animal barn, eggs-clusive access to our end of term fun activity trail, meet the Easter Bunny and a chocolate egg**.
– Children’s menu choice*. Vegetarian and Vegan options available. Please note the food box is the only option that includes a drink. Children’s drinks can be purchased on the day. Water and cups will be provided. Please select child’s menu choice carefully as this cannot be changed once ordered. Choose from the following 6 meals:
1. Food Box (can be vegetarian or vegan)
2. Macaroni cheese with cucumber and garlic bread slice (v)
3. Lasagne served with peas and garlic bread slice
4. Sausage and Heinz baked beans served with garlic bread slice
5. Sausage and peas served with garlic bread slice
6. Half jacket potato with choice of either
{a} Cheddar (v), {b} Heinz baked beans (vegan), {c} Tuna mayo, {d} Egg mayo (v),{e} Houmous (vegan), {f} Butter (v), {g} Plain (vegan). If required, a slice of garlic bread (v) can be added to to half jacket potato option at no extra cost.
– When enquiring about a booking the option will be given as to whether food is required for any complimentary under 3’s. There is a choice of the 6 options above which will be charged as per the menu price.
– Adult meals can be pre-ordered at the time of booking and need to be paid for in advance. Full tearoom menu available to choose from.
– Hot drinks, cakes, sweets and confectionery will be available to both adults and children and can be ordered and paid for on the day.
– £15 charge applies to all children taking part in our event including those that are season ticket holders and under 3.
– If arrival time is before 2pm adults will be charged at the daily entrance rate of £9.
– Additional adults or children will be charged at normal admission prices.
– Limited number of places available.
– Must be booked in advance through parties@washbrooks.co.uk.
– Payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee your place.
– Farm closes at 6pm (extended from usual close at 5pm).
– **This is one off event for two dates only. The end of term fun activity trail, meet the Easter Bunny and get a chocolate egg is only available on Thursday 30th March and Friday 31st March 2023.
– For our Easter events no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
