😀 “I just wanted to give some positive feedback about coming to Washbrooks today. My son bumped his head and the staff (particularly the manager) were unbelievably compassionate and supportive in making sure my son was OK. Not only did we have a lovely day and the facilities were fantastic, it really helped having a calm presence and reassurance after my son’s accident which meant we didn’t cut our day short. Thanks ever so much. We will be back to visit soon and will thoroughly recommend to friends“
😃 “I just wanted to say thank you for the brilliant day we had today. We visited your farm for the first time today. All the play areas are amazing. Everywhere was so well stocked, plenty of bikes and buckets and spades. We enjoyed seeing the animals. We also had lunch and afternoon cake in the cafe. Everywhere was clean and no sticky highchairs! A great family day out that doesn’t cost a fortune! Keep up the good work“
😊 “I would like to highlight a staff member if possible for going beyond and above for us today during our visit. Today I brought my son and his friend to Washbrooks for my son’s bday [sic]. My son’s friend is a little live wire. We were in the canteen and he chose a can of drink and changed his mind 3 times, each time shutting the female staff members arm in the fridge and he slid the door back and forth. He then dropped his drink and it split and sprayed everywhere. This staff member was so understanding, told him and me that it’s fine and not his fault. I felt embarrassed but this lady was so lovely about it. It was probably the last thing she wanted to do to get the mop out and clean. This may sound small but it’s very unusual today and it really was appreciated“
🤗 “I visited your farm today for the first time, with my daughter and family, and I just wanted to say what a lovely day we had, well thought out, sooo [sic] clean, great food, very reasonable prices for entry and food, well done to all your staff we encountered, so friendly, it will definitely be a place we shall return to and I will recommend to friends“
